The Throwdown Surf Classic is the Outer Banks largest family friendly surfing event brought to you by the Throwdown Youth Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. This event is a one day event that raises money to give back and support our local community where there is a need. All proceeds are donated to the Outer Banks Relief Foundation and then distributed throughout our community. We are proud to be powered by RipCurl, presented by Mama Kwans and sponsored by more than 60 local businesses. Thank you to all who help make this event a huge success each year.
